If you have ever thought of a photo session as a gift or birthday present but wanted to keep the idea a surprise, a gift voucher is a perfect way to physically give your special loved one something on the date, even though the shoot might be a few days/weeks/months later.

Our gift certificates come printed on hard paper and can be customised with to/from names to add that special personalised touch. We can leave that part blank for you to fill out if it is a cute embarrassing nickname that you want to keep between yourselves ;)

We also offer partial gift vouchers, where you can pay the deposit component (25% of the full session) to secure your loved ones spot.

*Please note gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferrable and your photo session MUST be scheduled (booked in) before the expiry date.

When you open your online gallery for the first time, there will be a tutorial on how to download your pictures. 

When you download your pictures, you will have two options (HD and websize). HD is the full resolution photo and is used for printing.

Websize is better for online / social media use and is a lower resolution to prevent the social media application from compressing the HD photos and making them look bad.

Your online gallery will be live for approximately TWO months so please make sure to download your full gallery and create a minimum of TWO backups before that time. Downloading the photos to your computer and also storing on an external hard-drive or dropbox/Cloud etc will make sure they are kept safe and sound

**Please don't screenshot your photos. This will save a very small resolution copy of the image and in turn, you are not receiving the best quality for the money you are spending.**

The print store connected to your online gallery uses an independent external printing provider. I can personally recommend ordering prints through this store as I have done some myself. The colours and quality are amazing, all whilst doing it from the comfort of your computer. HASSLE FREE!!

I have recently changed to a local professional printing provider that have offered me better pricing, so in turn, these savings have been passed on to you. Being a local provider, you will also save on shipping costs as I will do all the running around collecting the prints for you, so we can arrange pick-up or delivery of your order if located within a reasonable distance. 

There is no limited license to your photos so feel free to use them as you please for non-commercial use.

Be aware of some lower budget printing facilities. The software will make changes to your photos and the prints will come out different to what you see on your computer (colour and quality).

The location of the session is up to you, the client. A few factors such as the season, weather forecast, time of day and intended purpose of the shoot may affect the intended outcome however I am happy to offer some suggestions of my favourite locations.

Some common themes to keep in mind include: Beach, dunes/rocks, fields/meadows, forest, hills/orchards, your own home.

This is a very common question asked, especially around colours or themes, and what the kids should wear. Gone are the days of wearing all white. Wear something nice, dress up abit for your session, but wear something you feel comfortable in and something that is true to yourself and your personality.

For extended family sessions, pick a few colours and try to stay consistent within the spectrum of those particular colour themes. It doesn't matter if someone has a pattern, stripes, plain - they all look good as long as the person wearing it feels good.

When thinking of children, keep their input in mind. If your child doesn't like wearing a dress or bowtie, don't force them, as happy kids make for happy photos. 

The most important thing is to be comfortable on the day. If it is cold, rug up. Accompany your desired outfit with some nice accessories such as scarves/jackets/coats etc.

Unless specifically requested not to, within approximately 7 days of your session, a preview set of photos will be posted to my social media. Please ensure you are following my accounts so you don't miss out (links on website). Feel free to share these images amongst your friends as these are a little taste of what is to come.

A number of factors usually determine the length of time until the online gallery is delivered. I usually request a 4-6 week turn around for a standard hourly shoot however I commonly deliver before expected :) I will give you an approximate time on the day of your session depending on other factors.

If you require photos by a certain date, please let me know at the time of booking and I will endeavour to achieve your request.

*Any indication given by Evari Photography of post production duration is to be considered as an estimation. Evari Photography will do everything possible to meet specific deadlines, providing there is clear communication, prompt payment and regular feedback from the client.

A 25% deposit is taken at the time of booking to secure your session.

If cancellation is required due to unforeseen circumstances, not an issue. Please contact me and we will reschedule your shoot to another convenient time. All I ask for is as much notice as possible.

Weather is another determining factor. Forecast for rain will likely result in rescheduling for outside sessions.

*Your deposit will not be lost for cancellations with given notice due to unforeseen circumstances or acts out of our control (eg. weather, sickness etc.)

Evari (Ev-are-ree) is a made up word that is a combination of my two beautiful kids, Everly and Ari.

I count my blessings that I was gifted with their two unique loving souls. They are my passion to photograph and you may see them appear every now and again on my social media as I cant help but capture our treasured memories.

Invoiced deposit is required to secure session date/time slot. Full payment required on/prior to session date to ensure post production completion.

Evari Photography will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the services are produced in a style consistent with Evari Photography’s current portfolio, and Evari Photography will use reasonable efforts to consult with the Client and incorporate any reasonable suggestions.

Evari Photography will make a good faith effort to achieve the Client's desired results. However, Evari Photography will maintain ultimate discretion and control over the session. 

Evari Photography and the client agree to cheerful cooperation and communication. Evari Photography is not responsible if key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during photography sessions or for missed images due to lack of communication.

The Client(s) and Subject(s) hereby grant Evari Photography full release rights for all images to be used for advertising, trade and any other purpose.

*The client is taken to have read and agreed to the above terms and conditions upon payment of invoice to Evari Photography.
